Price Remodel

In 2024, the homeowner purchased this home and partnered with Smucker and Sons to remodel it. As with all large remodeling projects, we began by gathering information from the homeowner to understand their desired look and vision. After our initial consultation, we created a 3D rendering to help visualize the final result before construction began.

The project started with stucco remediation, as the existing stucco was cracked, allowing water to damage the underlying substrate. Once the stucco was removed, we repaired the damaged framing and plywood. We then built porches on both the front and rear of the home, installed new siding, windows, doors, and added two fireplaces. Additionally, we removed four garage doors and replaced them with two oversized doors, enhancing both functionality and curb appeal.
