In 2024, we were approached by the homeowner looking to add a 4-season sunroom to the rear of their home, along with replacing an outdated deck. After discussing their needs, we designed and installed a Seaway 4-season sunroom, complete with an attached deck.

The project began with the homeowner demolishing their existing deck. We then installed new footers to support the elevated floor system of the sunroom and also added footers and framing for the new deck. After the foundation was set, we proceeded with installing the Seaway sunroom system, roofing it with Tamko Titan shingles, and adding 5” K gutters for efficient drainage. The deck was finished with durable Azek PVC decking, providing a sleek and low-maintenance solution.

The homeowner was thrilled with the result, expressing their satisfaction with both the functionality and quality of the completed sunroom and deck.
